Spaghetti sauce with 7 servings of vegetables for the day
Set the Goal this week for the Family to get 7 to 10 servings of fruits and vegetables per day- Here is a great way to start:
I made my spaghetti sauce and meat balls and added:
spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, mushrooms- Portobello, onions, and garlic of course..
I chop them up in small bite size pieces and pour over a gluten free spaghetti .
I used all organic vegetables, and grass fed free range beef.
